Boluwatife "Bolu" Kuku, Intern


Boluwatife “Bolu” Kuku is a pre-licensed intern and Biopsychology graduate with over 10 years of experience working one on one with people from various walks of life through empathetic and culturally-informed care. She is currently pursuing a Master’s and eventual Doctorate degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Professional Psychology on the LPCC track. As a daughter of Nigerian immigrants, Bolu has a unique perspective on cultural identity. She has a strengths based approach where she encourages the inherent worthiness and value of every human being while emphasizing one’s capacity to change one’s life for the better. She celebrates the power of human vulnerability and the strong, lasting connections that can grow through them. In her free time, Bolu is a reader, gamer, and dreamer, as well as an avid traveler.
