Our Programs
Together we can make the difference

Become an Intern
Graduate student interns are an integral part of Kente Circle’s mission and work. Interns at Kente Circle gain valuable experience regarding relationship and team building, cultural competency, and self-of-the therapist issues.

Larry G. Tucker, LMFT is now taking on supervisees who are working on meeting clinical supervision requirements for Minnesota Licensure. Larry is an AAMFT, MN MFT and LPC Board Approved supervisor.

Healing In Practice (HIP)
Healing In Practice (HIP) was created to address the need for community support in assisting youth with their personal development. The first pilot launched in the summer of 2023, and we are currently preparing for our third official round of a 12-week intensive mentorship program for Black and Brown boys. We currently have three Wellness Coaches who co-facilitate group skill-building sessions while collaborating with Black and Brown leaders across the Twin Cities to foster positive relationships and support for our youth.
