Coco has been an artist for 20+ years, her creative process is integral to everything she does.  Her work has always been about connection, the space between, and the beauty within each of us.  The daughter of a Cuban immigrant and a Quaker, first-generation, bi-cultural, pan-sexual, and a child of many nations.  Coco carries a perspective that is uniquely creative, spiritual, and culturally colorful.

Coco believes that we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves, just as our hearts have the innate ability to beat and our lungs to breathe.  Coco works with clients to help them get in touch with their healing powers, to profoundly connect to their life’s purpose, and to create a life filled with rooted connections.

Coco utilizes Brainspotting and Reiki to help clients ignite their innate capacities to process, heal, and thrive.  Coco is a Phase II Brainspotting practitioner and a Reiki II healer, she has a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.  She received her undergraduate degree from the San Francisco Art Institute in Sculpture and an Advanced Certificate in Apparel Design from Minneapolis Community and Technical College.  She is a multi-disciplinary healer and comes with deep respect for the inherent wisdom of her clients.
