J. Phillip Rosier (Phil) is a committed professional who has worked to enhance marriages, families, and individual lives of people for the last 19 years. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota and Florida. He is also a state approved supervisor in both Minnesota and Florida. He has earned the designation of an approved supervisor from the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist (AAMFT). Phil often emphasizes the power of relationships and focuses on helping people navigate through their complex relationships. He often utilizes this focus on relationships across his many roles and responsibilities. Phil also emphasizes managing relationships as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University, a clinical supervisor for AAMFT, a therapist and Co-owner of Kente Circle.

J. Phillip Rosier Jr. is experienced at conducting trainings, group facilitation and providing professional consultation. He is also a great speaker and is passionate about his profession as well as the many social, economic, and political issues that impact the families served by Kente Circle.
